 A TROPICAL STORM WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FROM SOUTH SANTEE RIVER
 SOUTH CAROLINA TO SOUTH OF SURF CITY...FROM NORTH OF DUCK TO
 CAPE CHARLES LIGHT VIRGINIA...NOT INCLUDING CHEASEPEAKE BAY...AND
 FOR WESTERN ALBEMARLE SOUND.
