* WHAT...Periods of freezing rain, mainly at night, leading to 
  significant icing. Additional ice accumulations of around one 
  half of an inch.

* WHERE...Big Island Summits.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be impossible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet,
or ice are expected or occurring. This will make travel very 
hazardous or impossible. Any travel plans to the summits should be
postponed until the threat diminishes.
