...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM HST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Periods of heavy snow expected with accumulations of 6
  inches or greater. 

* WHERE...Big Island Summits above 12000 feet.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Heavier bursts of snow could be accompanied by gusty 
  winds, low visibility in clouds, and cloud to ground lightning. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet,
and ice are expected or occurring. Strong winds are also
possible. This will make travel very hazardous or impossible. Any
travel plans to the summits should be postponed until the threat
diminishes.
