periods of snowfall and freezing rain.

* WHAT...Additonal snow accumulations of up to 3 inches, and
  periods of freezing rain.

* WHERE...The summits of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea above 11000 feet
  of elevation.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult or impossible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while
