MORNING...

* WHAT...High relative humidity and freezing temperatures will
  result in areas of ice on the roads this morning making driving
  hazardous. Temperatures should warm up to above freezing 
  allowing the ice to melt by late morning. 

* WHERE...Big Island Summits.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM HST today.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery and icy road conditions.
