LOA...

.Deep moisture along a front will be over the Big Island tonight,
producing periods of snow showers and freezing rain. The threat 
of significant winter weather may extend into Friday.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM HST
FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to 5 inches.

* WHERE...Big Island Summits above 10,500 feet.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM HST Friday. This advisory may need to be 
  extended into Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Blowing snow will 
  significantly reduce visibility at times, with periods of zero 
  visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A High Wind Warning is also in effect for
  the summits through Sunday morning with southwest to west winds
  45 to 75 mph with localized gusts over 90 mph.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities and use 
caution while driving.
