* WHAT...Periods of snow with total accumulations of 2 to 4
  inches. The snow may mix with or change over to rain at times.

* WHERE...Big Island Summits above 12500 feet.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  time in heavy snow. Snow and ice will result in slipper road
  conditions.
