...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM HST THIS
MORNING...

* LOCATION...The summits of Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea above 12000 
  Feet of elevation. 

* HAZARD TYPE...Freezing fog and freezing drizzle.

* ACCUMULATIONS...Up to one quarter inch of ice.

* TIMING...until 10 AM HST.

* IMPACTS...Ice on roads and walkways will make driving and 
  walking difficult. Road closures are possible. 

* WINDS...Northeast around 10 mph.

* VISIBILITIES...Less than a mile.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid travel to the summits until conditions improve. If you must
travel to the area, use extreme caution when driving or walking 
due to slippery roads and limited visibilities.
