For the central North Pacific, between 140W and 180W:

The first tropical cyclones of the 2018 central North Pacific
hurricane season were systems that originated in the eastern
North Pacific. Three hurricanes entered the basin from the east:
Hector, Lane and Miriam. All three cyclones reached their peak
intensity in the Central Pacific basin.

available at the Central Pacific Hurricane Center (CPHC) website at
www.prh.noaa.gov/cphc/summaries/

Note, the summary table below only includes tropical cyclones in
the CPHC area of responsibility, and the dates are based on
Universal Coordinated Time, UTC.
