For the central North Pacific, between 140W and 180W:

There were no tropical cyclones in the Central Pacific Hurricane
Center (CPHC) area of responsibility during the month of November.

Four tropical cyclones moved into the central North Pacific during
the official 2023 hurricane season, which is near the long-term
annual average. Major Hurricane Dora, which passed well south of
the main Hawaiian Islands in August, became only the second
tropical cyclone on record to maintain hurricane intensity in the
eastern, central and western Pacific basins.
