nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
Strong surface high pressure will remain far NE of Hawaii during
the next couple of days as a surface trough just NW of the area
slowly weakens then drifts westward. High pressure will shift N of
the area Friday into the weekend.
