nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
Strong surface ridge 500 nm N of Kauai will begin to move S and
weaken on Tuesday. The ridge will move S into N offshore waters
Wednesday night and Thursday, then stall just N of Kauai on
Friday.
